Modernization of the tram line on G-ral Vasile Milea Blvd. from the intersection with Timisoara Blvd to the OMV gas station

The modernization of the 1.1 km section of the double track tram on which lines 1 and 10 are running on aims to increase the attractiveness and improve the efficiency of public passenger transport, frequency and travel times, accessibility and implicitly choosing it over private transportation.

As part of the project, the infrastructure and superstructure of the runway were restored, the catenary support poles were replaced, the catenary wire was replaced, including the supporting elements, and the platforms on the section were restored, in compliance with nowadays standards and norms.
