Increasing the energy efficiency of the housing blocks in Bucharest

Sector 3 – 77 contracted projects, 613 blocks rehabilitated

Sector 4 – 7 contracted projects, 59 blocks rehabilitated

Sector 6 – 8 contracted projects, 43 blocks rehabilitated

The projects aimed at improving the living conditions of their tenants, promoting a more efficient economy in terms of the use of resources, more ecological, more competitive through the intelligent management of energy under the conditions of a sustainable development. As a result of the rehabilitation works, the reduction of annual CO2 emissions, the achievement of a lower specific annual energy consumption for heating, the reduction of the annual primary energy consumption, as well as the reduction of the annual specific energy consumption were achieved.
